Much of my practice involves probate, guardianship, mental health, and elder law issues, all of which involve personal loss and emotion for clients.  I strive to help you weather these life storms by providing competent representation and assistance in the legal aspects of your matter, while respecting the personal and emotional aspects of what you are dealing with.

I offer estate planning and some trust creation on a flat fee basis, while all probate and guardianship matters are billed hourly.  Most initial consultations are free of charge, unless I agree to respresent you in the matter or draft documents for you.  I do not accept any matters on a contingent fee basis.
